Diet Chart


DAY ONE
ALL FRUITS EXCEPT BANANAS.
10 GLASSES WATER.
DAY TWO
ALL VEGETABLES,
A LARGE BOILED POTATO FOR BREAKFAST
AVOID OIL AND COCONUT.
10 GLASSES OF WATER
DAY THREE
ANY MIXTURE OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
NO BANANAS, NO POTATOES
10 GLASSES OF WATER.
DAY FOUR
EIGHT BANANAS AND 3 GLASSES OF MILK AND VEGATABLE SOUP
10 GLASSES OF WATER.
DAY FIVE
ONE CUP OF COOKED RICE
SIX TOMATOES
12 GLASSES OF WATER.
DAY SIX
TAKE ALL VEGETABLES. COOKED OR RAW.
10 GLASSES OF WATER.
DAY SEVEN
1 CUP OF COOKED RICE
FRUIT JUICE , VEGETABLES
10 GLASSES OF WATER.



  • EIGHTH DAY MORNING YOU WILL BE 5 TO 6 KGSLIGHTER THAN A WEEK AGO. IF YOU DESIRE FURTHER WEIGHT LOSS, REPEAT THIS PROGRAMME AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE. TAKE REST FOR 3 DAYS BEFORE EVERY REPETITION.
  • TAKE ONLY BLACK COFFEE.
  • AVOID OIL.
